Whatever's bringing you in, the focus is always the same: understanding what's really going on for you, and working through it together at a pace that feels right.

What I work with

I work across a broad range of presentations, including complex and co-occurring ones that can be harder to place. Many people I see are managing more than one thing at once.

Note: Conditions with a * will be treated on a case-by-case basis, and usually include GP monitoring or outside management.

How it works

Here's what to expect, from your very first message to your very first session.

Step 1.

Reach out

Send an enquiry by email or through the contact form. Just a short note about what's bringing you in is plenty. You don't need to have it all worked out yet.

Step 2.

Have a chat

I'll be in touch so we can talk through what you're looking for, and so you can get a feel for how I work. If I'm not the right fit, I'll help point you in the right direction.

Step 3.

Get set up

I'll send through the registration and consent forms and get your account set up, so you're ready to book online.

Step 4.

Book your first session

Book your first session whenever suits, and we'll begin, at your pace, in a space that's yours. Either online or in my Thornlie practice.

When you're ready,
I'll be here

You don't need to have the right words or a clear reason. If something feels worth talking about, that's enough to start. Getting in touch doesn't commit you to anything. It's just a first conversation, and we'll go from there.
