Introducing Perera Psychology's new branding and website
Welcome to the new website!
Perera Psychology has a new look, and a brand-new website to go with it. Alongside the new branding and logo, I've tried to make everything here as clear and transparent as possible, so you know exactly what to expect before you reach out.
You'll find my fees laid out clearly, including how Medicare and funding work, and details on sessions available both online and in person. I've outlined my services here, including who I work with, and the conditions I treat, so you can get a sense of whether I might be the right fit. There's also a growing collection of articles under News and Resources covering trauma, EMDR and therapy.
How it works
Getting started is simple. Here's what to expect, from your first message to your first session.
1. Reach out
Send an enquiry by email or through the contact form. Just a short note about what's bringing you in is plenty. You don't need to have it all worked out yet.
2. Have a chat
I'll be in touch so we can talk through what you're looking for, and so you can get a feel for how I work. If I'm not the right fit, I'll help point you in the right direction.
3. Get set up
I'll send through the registration and consent forms and get your account set up, so you're ready to book online.
4. Book your first session
Book your first session whenever suits, and we'll begin, at your pace, in a space you're comfortable in. Either online or in my Thornlie practice.
Have a look around, and when you're ready, get in touch.
